About the Job
This role supports the delivery and tracking of Compass’s core supportive services and ensures that grant-funded services are implemented with fidelity. The Associate will help clients access services like WHF, DAP, and home ownership offerings while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting for grants and compliance.

Skills We’re Looking For:

Strong client-facing communication and follow-up skills.

Highly organized with attention to compliance and documentation.

Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Grant Operations Management
-
Coordinate the client experience for WHF, DAP, and other direct services.

Provide timely client follow-up, eligibility screening, and referral navigation.

Maintain service tracking systems and ensure all grant deliverables are documented.

Collaborate with external partners to facilitate resource access and referral outcomes.

Work with I2 and Finance on grant data integrity and reporting needs.

Identify gaps in the referral/resource ecosystem and elevate needs for strategy adjustments.

Maintain resource directories in alignment with internal and external tools.

Lead quarterly outcome reporting for WHF, DAP, and related grants, synthesizing service data and client impact to inform funder updates and internal strategic planning.
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years experience in case management, direct service delivery, or nonprofit administration.

Experience facilitating or supporting community events, focus groups, or advisory boards.

Cultural humility and trauma-informed practice required.

The salary range for this role is $47,170-$56,455, commensurate with experience. We’ll promote your professional growth and development by providing access to a competitive salary and benefits package and additional employee benefits that include but are not limited to:
